The party season at the end of the year calls for a healthy dose of bling and we have detected a fair number of celebrities in metallic or sequinned dresses. Talking about the shiny, metallic trend, stylist Pria Agni says India is the cradle of bling, and adds that the Indian skin tone was made for it.
